Peugeot 308GTLine just like the sister non-Gtline consumes approximately one Litre in 20kms (20km/Litre) and has a horse power of 130Hp which is way higher that its competitors such as 1500cc Toyota fielder or 1500cc Mazda Axela.

Inside design

The interior design of the car is adorned with red stitches and semi leather fabric on the seats. Music system

Peugeot 308 is equipped with Denon music system and has a Denon woofer at the boot. Peugeot 308 Gtline is equipped with Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Dynamic Steering Response (DSR), Forward collision warning, speed assist, Hill start Assist and Parking assist. It also also has Anti locking Braking system, Traction control system, Electronic Brake Assist among others. The car also has 6 airbags – Driver, passenger, Head and shoulder airbags.

Unlike many CVT cars in the category of station wagon, Peugeot 308 uses full automatic 6 speed gearbox called EAT6 developed by Peugeot and Aisin. The advantage with EAT6 is that its ability to almost instantly encage gears makes the car consume less fuel with less revs or slight energy on the fuel peddle hence the name Efficient.

Spare parts

Peugeot 308 spare parts are available in many parts in Nairobi. For instance service parts are available at Impala and the prices are very fair. Oil filter goes for Kshs 600 and air cleaner goes for 1700. Other parts just like many cars are found with selected ex-Japan used parts dealers eg ex Japan headlight goes for Kshs 35,000 cheaper than the one of Toyota Fielder. Toyota Fielder headlight goes for 80,000 in Nairobi.
