Why VW Golf bluemotion 2014 is a must-own car
Many Kenyans are moving away from just driving a car to driving a car that is worth their investment. For instance, most cars that were manufactured in 2013 onwards are different from the “normal” cars that many are used to; Nissan Note and Mazda Axela are some of the cars whose technology has moved the young generation in Kenya into abandoning units such as Toyota Vitz and Toyota Fielder.
The cars comes with security features such as Lane assist, Front drive assist and more cameras that helps the driver to park the car without hitting other cars.
On its part VW Golf stand out with more features compared to others. The car comes with electric parking brake that allows the driver to either control it manually or set it automatically such a way that when the car is on parking mode the driver does not need to release the parking brake; instead, the driver will only press the accelerator and the car releases the parking brake.
While on the high way VW Golf can drive itself if the driver sets the car or enables the front drive system and lane assist. Lane assist functions in a way that it ensures the car remains in the drive way without moving out of yellow line or driving outside the white lane outside the road. The car has fatigue sensor which helps the car to sense when the driver is not concentrating on the road. It is a safety feature which can maintain the car on the road incase the driver sleep on the wheel.
Front drive assist can be set in such a way that the car can control its breaks by not hitting the car in front. For instance if you set the distance between the car and the one in front at 5 meters the car will reduce the speed by autobraking if the driver does not do so when the distance set is approaching. When the car hits 5 meters distance it will brake and if the car in front stops or moves your car will also do the same hence maintaining the distance while in traffic jam.
Unlike many cars with two airbags, VW Golf has 11 airbags hence giving the driver more guarantee if the car roles or is involved in an accident. The torque by the car is unmatched thanks to its DSG 7 speed gearbox powered by its turbo engine. In spite of the power you are guaranteed with fuel economy that comes with its 1200cc engine compounded by its bluemotion technology that auto stop the car in traffic jams.

That begs the question how come VW is so bad manufacturing engines that bad compared to other car makers? If they are not bad, how come no other maker is caught doing so? I think the problem is VAG was claiming much lower emissions than its competitors- giving a competitive advantage..
No car is perfect. All are make by human being and most of the problems you encounter are known by manufacturers of parts. They are simply doing it to generate income from sale of spares.
Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this site.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard to get that “perfect balance” between usability and visual appeal.
I must say you’ve done a superb job with this. Additionally,
the blog loads super fast for me on Internet
explorer. Exceptional Blog!
